Dealer Returns - Mountain Sports Distribution

Please contact your CSR at Mountain Sports Distribution (orders@mountainsportsdistribution.com or 250.344.5060) prior to returning an item.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (provided by CSR) to be returned.

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis, but are will only be considered if:

Product was originally purchased in current season.
Product is in original condition, without any labels from dealer or shipping company on the product or packaging.
Product and packaging are in new condition.
Total wholesale value is less than $2500.
A 15% restocking fee maybe applied if the return is initiated more than 2 weeks after the goods have been received.
