Steps for a Successful Warranty Process:

  1. Fill out all fields below for your claim as completely as possible
  2. MSD will respond to you with an RA and instructions within 10 business days. Watch for an email from warranty@mountainsportsdistribution.com
  3. This email will either ask you to return the product to us for evaluation (address below) or to destroy the item and send us proof of this via a photo in an email.

  4. If the product is mailed in, we will evaluate the product for replacement/repair and email you with the conclusion. If the product is to be repaired/replaced, we will ship this back to you.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of getting the product to MSD.
